Quality
According to the quality class (E, F or M), we only use high-quality materials. For the highest quality classes, only blanks are used that are made of the special HE210 stainless steel developed especially for our company. This material convinces by an excellent density and homogeneity as well as by extremely low magnetic properties.
Quality inside and out: HÄFNER manufactures high-quality storage containers for the safe transport and long-term storage of weights.
Special requests
A matter of course for HÄFNER:
- small weights up to 0,05 mg
- large weights up to 5.000kg
- Special designs (e.g., load authorities, air buoyancy authorities, basket weights, cross beams)
- Special containers (e.g., service cases)
- Laser marking of the weights according to customer requirements
Security
Each weight is individually and uniquely marked to avoid confusion.
Our laser marking has no effect on the material properties (e.g., magnetization).
Each individual weight is tested for compliance with the magnetic properties before calibration.
Service
As a reliable and competent partner, HÄFNER offers manufacturer-independent:
- Repair and reconditioning of weights
- Calibration of weights
- On-site calibration of M-classes up to 1,000 kg
- Pick up service of the weights
- Monitoring of the calibration intervals
