Your tasks / skills

Incoming inspection of weights
Adjustment, cleaning and testing of weights
Calibration of mass comparators, scales and working standards
Laser marking of weights
Create article and calibration marks
Final inspection of weights, masses and load bodies
DakkS accredited calibration of weights according to OIML R111-1:2004
Evaluation of calibration records
Good written and spoken German

CNC Lathe Setter/Operator (m/f/d)

As a CNC lathe setter/operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring CNC lathes as well as inspecting the manufactured workpieces. You will work according to technical drawings, programs and quality specifications.

Setting up and operating CNC lathes
Reading and understanding DIN and ISO programs
Working with Fanuc and Siemens controls
Reading technical mechanical engineering drawings
Measuring, machining and inspecting manufactured workpieces
Quality control using standard process measuring equipment
Documentation of measurement results
Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications

Your Profile

Experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes
Knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls is an advantage
Completed training as a cutting machine operator or comparable training in a metalworking profession is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring equipment
Careful and quality-conscious way of working
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
