The following General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall apply to all legal transactions concluded with us, including consultancy services, information and the like provided in this context, even if the customer has communicated its own general terms and conditions.
Our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment shall also apply to all future business relations, even if they are not expressly
agreed again. These terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted at the latest upon acceptance of the delivery items and/or services. Counter-confirmations by the customer with reference to his terms and conditions of business and purchase are hereby rejected.

Unsere allgemeine Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen gelten auch für alle künftigen Geschäftsbeziehungen, auch wenn sie nicht nochmals ausdrücklich vereinbart werden. Spätestens mit der Annahme der Liefergegenstände und/oder Leistungen gelten diese Bedingungen als angenommen. Gegenbestätigungen des Bestellers unter Hinweis auf seine Geschäfts- und Einkaufsbedingungen werden hiermit widersprochen.
