In accordance with OIML R111-1:2004, weights with a nominal value of 1g and above are marked only with their nominal value, without any indication of the unit. To distinguish them, weights with the same nominal value that are present more than once in a set are marked with dots or asterisks.

In addition, a maximum of 5 user features (characters, letters and numbers) can be applied to clearly identify the weights as test or measuring equipment. These user features can be defined by the customer when ordering.
